  2. What connection speed will I get You can get various connection speed from 32kbps up to 3mb, depending on what you want to achieve.
  3. How can I purchase Getachus VSAT Solution? To purchase Getachus VSAT Solution, log onto, Getachus Network website, identify the solution that is most appropriate for you, make payments to any of our designated Bank Accounts and we will send your equipments to you and get one of our accredited installer to contact you to schedule your installation.
  4. What are my computer System requirements? Most Computer Systems will work.
  5. Can I use Getachus VSAT to run a small Network? Yes you can.
  6. Can the Getachus certified installer hook up my home Network Yes he can.
  7. Do I still need a dail-up modem and phone line? No you dont.
  8. Why is a Getachus certified installer required A getachus certified VSAT installer is required because VSAT installations are very technical, and requires some level of technical competence.
  9. How long will installation take? Standard installations should take a maximum of three (3) days after all equipments are assembled at your site.
  10. Can Getachus VSAT support Voice over Internet Protocol(VOIP)? Yes it can.
  11. How do I become a Getachus VSAT Dealer? You can become a Getachus VSAT Dealer by: (i) Filling the required dealership form online. (ii) Paying the required dealership fee and, (iii) Undergoing training at Getachus Nigeria Limited organized Training programme.
  12. Does the Getachus Service experience problems in cloudy / foggy / raining weather? Any minimal weather related service disruption is calculated into our availability ratio and typically lasts for only a matter of seconds at a time. The service does not go off, but may experience temporary intermittency. In addition, the unavailable times typicall fall during very heavy storms in the rainy season –most occurring in the evenings and at night.
