Installation

Once you place your order for Getachus Network VSAT Solution, and made your payments to any of our designated Bank Accounts, your equipments will be sent to you, and as soon as you confirm receipt of your equipments, a Getachus certified installer nearest to your location will contact you to schedule your installation. On that date he will arrive at your location with all the equipments required to get you connected.

A standard installation is one which will require not more than a five feet Antenna mount and a 30meters IFL cable.

If for any reason you require more than this after a site survey is conducted, you will have to provide it as an extra. Also you will be required to provide materials for the civil works i.e. Sand, Gravel and Cement .

2. Make your payments
3. Your payments are confirmed by us.
4. Equipments are sent to you directly
5. Getachus certified installer contacts you to schedule a conviment installation date
6. Installer arrives at the appointed day to install your Antenna and modem.
7. Your modem is activated and commission.

The entire process after the confirmation the commission of your order takes at most 5 days.
